Often we carry memories and experiences that may hinder us from experiencing the freedom we long for, but we do not know where to begin. KCA counselors are here to help you and walk with you through this next phase of your journey. We use traditional talk therapy, EMDR, Play Therapy and Expressive Arts through an attachment rich and trauma-informed lens. We can help you learn how to reduce your stress and anxiety and build resilience along the way. We care.

We provide both in-person and online therapy to meet your individual needs. At KCA we have spacious rooms and safety protocols in place to help you feel safe, and for telehealth we use HIPAA compliant video platforms.
