I believe this process can bring clarity, connection, and lasting change. As a therapist, it’s a privilege to walk alongside individuals as they explore what healing means for them.
I work with children, teens, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity questions, and neurodivergence, including autism. My style is warm, creative, and supportive.
