Shari Kimball

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

I believe that life is a journey, and no one should have to travel it alone. I look forward to joining you and consider it a privilege to walk alongside you as we work through the healing process together. It is important to me to provide a safe place to share your struggles and for you to experience compassion, trust, and connection, as this will help you on your path to healing and deep change.

I have experience working with diverse populations and with clients ranging from early childhood to older adults. I utilize a strength-based approach, with a trauma-focused perspective. I have specific training in EMDR (Eye Movement Sensitization and Reprocessing), Trauma Model therapy, Creative Arts therapy, and other integrative therapeutic techniques.

And in my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, music, and kayaking!

Presently I am providing telehealth therapy in Florida as a licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I am also licensed as a Clinical Social Worker License(LCSW) in the states of Arkansas and Ohio. I enjoy providing telehealth counseling, as the additional EMDR training that I have received provides clients with a greater sense of emotional safety, which allows for your online therapy experience to be satisfying and effective.  I look forward to working with you on your healing journey.

"One of the most valuable things we can do to heal one another is to listen to each other's stories."
